Hayley Tobin Pedrick has a wealth of professional experience. Hayley began their career in 2011 as a Teaching Fellow with the Teach For China program, where they served as a member of an international service corps of recent American and Chinese college graduates. In this role, they taught classes of 60+ students in Chinese and developed an Oral English Curriculum. In 2014, they joined Bain & Company as a Summer Associate. The following year, they took on a role as a Case Team Leader with the same company. In 2015, they also worked as a Growth Team MBA Intern with Summit Public Schools (Public Charter Network). Hayley has since held three roles with brightwheel, including VP of Customer Success, Director of Customer Success, and Strategy & Operations Lead.
Hayley Tobin Pedrick obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University in Psychology with a minor in Economics. Hayley then went on to pursue two Master's degrees from Stanford University, a Master of Business Administration in 2015 and a Master of Education in 2015. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from the ASU GSV Summit, one in October 2020 and one in April 2019.
