Trisha Luu is an experienced customer onboarding and experience leader with a strong background in driving customer success across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Onboarding at brightwheel since February 2024, Trisha oversees a 50-person team dedicated to empowering early education through seamless platform adoption. Prior to this role, Trisha was the Director of Customer Onboarding at Klaviyo, where a global team enabled customers to achieve initial business goals during their critical early stages. Additionally, Trisha held various leadership positions at Anaplan, focusing on customer experience transformation and engagement, and played a key role in the company's IPO. Earlier experience includes management consulting at PwC, advising on customer strategy and operations, as well as roles at Stanford University, Visa, and Verizon Wireless. Trisha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University.
