Ronnie Carlson is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in site selection, development, and property management. Currently serving as Partner for South Florida and the Midwest at Brightwork Real Estate, Inc. since May 2020, Carlson previously held the role of Associate at Leon Capital Group, where responsibilities included site selection and development across the Southeast. Carlson's experience also encompasses brokerage and property management at Nye Commercial Advisors, specializing in land brokerage in the Tampa Bay market, and serving as Development Manager at Mid Toll Incorporated, where oversight of a 150-acre commercial property was a key responsibility. Early career experience includes a role as Golf Shop Assistant at Glendarin Hills Golf Club. Carlson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Entrepreneurship with a minor in Marketing from Saint Leo University.
