Erin O'Donoghue

Erin O'Donoghue is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, coaching, and organizational development. As the Founder and CEO of Hive Collective since September 2018, Erin provides services in Design Thinking and engagement strategies while fostering a human-centered approach to problem-solving. Current roles include serving as a Board Member and Chair of the People and Culture Committee at Student Youth Network (SYN Media) since November 2021, and previously as an Associate Consultant at Brightworks, focusing on early career projects. Erin co-founded The Space Community, creating an inclusive environment for collaboration and activities. Prior experience at WorkSafe Victoria involved leading innovative strategies and organizational development initiatives. Educational credentials include ongoing studies at Stanford University in Designing for Social Systems, the Williamson Community Leadership Program, and multiple degrees in Human Resource Management from Swinburne University of Technology.
