Nida Krukė

Nida Krukė is an experienced professional in customer success and support, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Brighty App since April 2024. Previously, Nida held the position of Head of Customer Service for the Baltic region at CityBee, where leadership encompassed internal support teams across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, alongside B2B customer management and process enhancements. Prior roles include Head of Customer Support at Simplex, overseeing a team and implementing optimization solutions, as well as leading support teams and project management at Iceland Unlimited Travel Service and Partizanas. Nida holds a Master's degree in Knowledge Management and Leadership from Vilnius University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Communication from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas.
