Brian Lubkeman

Brian Lubkeman is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in municipal law and private practice. Currently serving as a Partner at BrigliaHundley, P.C. since September 2013, Brian has also held the position of City Attorney for the City of Fairfax, Virginia, since August 2005. Brian briefly served as the Interim City Attorney for the City of Falls Church, Virginia, from October 2022 to April 2023. Prior to these roles, Brian was a Partner at McGuireWoods LLP for nearly 13 years and an Associate at Roeder and Associates, P.C. from 1997 to 2000. Brian's legal career began as an Assistant County Attorney for Fairfax County Government. Brian holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Affairs and Spanish from the University of Virginia.
