Eric Epstein has a wealth of work experience. Eric began their career in 2010 as the Owner of an iPhone Fabrication and Repair Business, and also worked as a Pool Serviceman for All American Custom Pools & Spa. In 2012, they were employed as Cole Field House Staff at the University of Maryland. In 2014, they were a Lean Six Sigma Team Member at Lonza, a Team Leader for an Exhaust Gas Recirculation System, and a Mechanical Design Team Member at Terps Racing (SAE). In the same year, they were also an Engineering Intern at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where they conducted temperature tests, performed Generative Part Structural Analysis, created complete wiring assemblies, and determined a suitable material to prevent shortage between two conductive components. In 2015, they became an Electro Mechanical Engineer at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. and Co-Founder of BRIK Charger. In 2017, they were the Sole Engineer for a 3800 mile Atlantic Ocean Crossing on a 45' Sailing Vessel Delicia, where they were responsible for all aspects of mechanical and electrical maintenance/repairs.

Eric Epstein attended Weston High School from 2007 to 2011. Eric then attended the University of Maryland from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. In 2014, they participated in an exchange program at The University of Queensland in Mechanical Engineering. Eric also holds a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification.
