Jan Damgaard Sorensen

Jan Damgaard Sorensen is the Founder and CEO of Sorensen Capital since 2019, specializing in investment across real estate, property development, equities, and early-stage startups. Sorensen also serves as an Early-Stage Investor and Board Member at SchoolTalent and Brikk Ejendomsmægleren, and as Chairman of the Board at Drive Tech Ltd, which focuses on enhancing driver experiences through technology. Additionally, Jan has held roles as an Early Stage Investor at companies including Trafikalarm and Needit ApS, where innovation in electronic parking solutions is a key focus. Previous experience encompasses significant roles as Chief Financial Officer at APM Terminals, overseeing global operations, and as a finance leader within A.P. Moller - Maersk. Jan's academic credentials include an Executive Master in Psychology from INSEAD and an MBA from the same institution, complemented by a Master’s in Finance from Aarhus University.
