Kurt Thompson

Kurt Thompson is an accomplished aerospace executive with extensive experience in engineering and management. Currently serving as President and previously as Vice President of BRILES AEROSPACE, INC. since April 2019, Kurt has a proven track record in enhancing operational efficiencies and cost savings throughout various leadership roles. Prior to this, Kurt was Vice President of Engineering at Novaria Group, where significant improvements in production capabilities were driven. Other notable positions include General Manager at Space Lok Inc., and Vice President of Engineering at Space Lok Inc. and Space-Lok, Inc., focusing on maintaining critical engineering documentation and supporting quality management systems. Previous experience includes Director of Engineering at Space-Lok, Metallurgist at Hi-Shear Corp (LISI), and QA Manager at Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Kurt holds a degree in Project Management from UC Irvine and has studied at Oregon Institute of Technology and Oregon State University.
