Junior Embedded Software Engineer at Brill Power

Vu Dang's work experience includes positions at various companies and organizations. In 2018, they worked as an Internship Trainee at Tictag JSC, where they focused on embedded programming with Arduinos, RFID technology, NFC card, and using Raspberry Pi for mini-projects. Vu also had a Summer Internship role at Shojiki Advertising JSC, where they conducted research and programming in object-detection and recognition using Python.

In 2019, Vu worked as an Embedded Developer at FPT Software, contributing to automotive projects related to the Radar of Autosar field. Vu also worked as an Embedded Software Developer at Bosch Vietnam, where they primarily focused on testing methods in C, C++, and Python for automotive projects.

In 2022, Vu joined Bournemouth University as a Project Research Associate, responsible for developing hardware devices for the "5G Rural Dorset: Coastal Cliff Monitoring" project. Vu utilized embedded devices such as Raspberry Pi and Arduino, along with AWS IoT cloud.

In the same year, Vu also worked as an Embedded Software Engineer at ALTEN LTD - UK, and as a Test and Design Validation Engineer for EDU Lubrication and Cooling Systems at Jaguar Land Rover on behalf of Alten UK.

Most recently, Vu has been serving as a Junior Embedded Software Engineer at Brill Power, where they assist in designing, developing, and testing new firmware features, supports and enhances existing firmware features, and develops internal test tools.

Vu Dang completed their Master's degree in Internet of Things at Bournemouth University from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Automation Engineer Technology/Technician from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, where they studied from 2015 to 2020. In addition, they obtained a certification in Learning FPGA Development from LinkedIn in July 2022.
