Shenelle Reddick

Shenelle Reddick is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in various teaching and leadership roles. Currently serving as a STEM ICT Specialist at Brilla Schools since August 2025, Shenelle has previously worked as a Math Instructional Coach at Breakthrough New York, where responsibilities included observing lessons and providing feedback, as well as a Math Teacher with the Public Preparatory Network, focused on designing differentiated lesson plans and student assessments. Shenelle has also held operational and leadership roles, including Assistant Director of Operations and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Facilitator, demonstrating a commitment to fostering a positive school environment and enhancing educational practices. An educator with roots in project-based learning, Shenelle’s early career includes positions with Blue Engine and City Year, highlighting a strong foundation in team coordination and academic support. Shenelle holds a Master of Arts in Junior High Education from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fordham University.
