Tayler Christian

Tayler Christian is an experienced educator and researcher with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Howard University. Currently serving as an Elementary School Teacher at Brilla Public Charter Schools since August 2022, Tayler previously worked as a STEM teacher at Public Preparatory Network from October 2021 to March 2023. Early career experiences include roles as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Howard University, where responsibilities involved data computation and analysis using R programming, as well as qualitative research focused on breast cancer survivors. Tayler also contributed to improving adolescent mental health facility usage through survey analysis and served as a Servant Leader Intern at Children's Defense Fund, enhancing literacy and math skills for students in underserved communities.
