Chief

Chief is currently an Advisor at BrillianSee, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to that, they were the CIO at FOCoS Innovations from August 2017 to July 2021.

At FOCoS Innovations, Chief led design, architecture, and compliance adherence patterns to ultimately deliver upon a multi-year digital transformation of next generation HIPAA compliant Healthcare rendering, tracking, and diagnosis plat-form, built from ground-up with omni-channel user experience in home-based healthcare industry. This technology can be consumed over web, mobile, or via scalable API over FEDRAM compliant cloud architecture (AWS), leveraging burstable cloud-native mechanisms. The technology uses numerous back-end source repositories analytics technologies to combine streaming data against warehoused data to deliver real-time alerting and treatment quality metrics for rapid exception based alerting as well as pipeline management.

During their time at FOCoS Innovations, Chief also optimized IT systems and improved information flow while ensuring that IT systems meet all legal and regulatory requirements, such as those related to securing protected health information as defined by HIPAA. Chief oversaw software integrations with other internal and external solutions leveraging SOA principles for headless SaaS services patterns. Additionally, they assessed current and future information and technology needs of the organization, evaluated vendors and negotiating vendor contracts, and helped champion and lead the design of the robust solution.
