Lauren Woods

Lauren Woods has held a number of roles in the health and fitness industry since 2010. Her most recent role is Nurse Care Manager at Brilliant Care, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to that, they were a Registered Nurse at Boca Raton Regional Hospital from 2019 to 2021. From 2016 to 2019, Woods was a Clinical Exercise Physiologist at Carolinas HealthCare System. Lauren was Franchise Manager at Anytime Fitness from 2015 to 2016, and held three roles at Aquila, Ltd. Health & Fitness Solutions from 2012 to 2015, including Assistant Program Manager, Health and Fitness Specialist, and Intern. Woods was also a Personal Trainer at Gold's Gym from 2012 to 2015, and held two roles at East Carolina University from 2010 to 2012, including Fitness Expert and Group Fitness Instructor.

Lauren Woods attended East Carolina University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. Lauren then attended Northeastern University from 2018 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science - BS in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
