Muthaiah Vairavan

Muthaiah Vairavan has over 13 years of professional experience in various industries. In 2007, they began their career as an Asst. Mill Engineer at Sime Darby Berhad. In 2008, they worked as a Process Planning Associate at BMW Manufacturing. The following year, they were employed as a Supply Chain Analyst at GNC. In 2010, they joined Deloitte as a Senior Consultant, where they managed a team of 14 Analysts and Engineers developing and testing the Child Welfare System (KIDS) for Allegheny County, PA. From 2013-2015, they worked as a Project Manager at OmniActive Health Technologies. In 2015, they became the Director of Operations at Paragon Private Health, where they were recognized for leading the company to be named one of the Top 500 fastest growing companies in 2017 and Top 5000 fastest companies for two years after. In 2020, they took on the role of Director of Operations at Brilliant Care, where they successfully developed scalable systems and processes that aid in improved healthcare outcomes for patients.

Muthaiah Vairavan holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from SRM University. Muthaiah also has a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University College of Engineering.
