Bianca Avanceña Sia

Bianca Avanceña Sia has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Bianca started their career as an Intern at Chevron, where they worked in the Policy, Government & Public Affairs department. Bianca then moved on to Target, where they held multiple roles including ETL-Assets Protection and Assets Protection Business Partner. Bianca'stime at Target also included positions as a Store Team Leader. Most recently, they have been working at Brilliant Earth, initially as an Operations Manager before being promoted to Senior Manager, Associate Director, and currently serving as the Director of Operations.

Bianca Avanceña Sia obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Ateneo de Manila University in the years 2006 to 2007. Bianca then pursued further education at Santa Clara University from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained another Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications in areas such as managing resources across project teams, organizational learning and development, strategic thinking, employee engagement, talent management, and food safety.
