Jill Seiler

Jill Seiler has a strong background in retail operations, with a focus on expansion and store development. Jill started their career as the Operations Manager at Uniglobe Travel, where they successfully managed daily operations and helped the business grow its sales. Jill then joined Shoe Pavilion as an Operations Manager, where they oversaw operational support for multiple locations and implemented effective communication programs. Jill later worked as a Retail Consultant for Easton Bell Sports and Lin Manufacturing & Design, providing expertise in store development and retail operations. At Title Nine, they served as the Retail Operations Manager, further honing their skills in managing retail operations. Currently, Jill holds leadership positions at Brilliant Earth, including Senior Director of Retail Expansion & Operations, where they are responsible for overseeing retail expansion and operations. Their extensive experience and expertise make their a valuable asset in the retail industry.

Jill Seiler has a BA in International Relations & Latin American Studies from California State University, Chico. Jill also has an Executive Certificate in Human Resources Management from California State University - East Bay.
