Marius Mamone

Process Director at Brilliant Matters

Marius Mamone has a diverse work experience in the field of organic chemistry and research. Marius has served as a Process Director at Brilliant Matters since October 2019. Prior to that, they were a Postdoctoral Fellow at Université Laval from April 2017 to September 2018. Marius also worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Institut Curie - Research Centre, where they focused on the development of new inhibitors of Calcineurine and the synthesis of imidazopyridine-based compounds. Marius completed their PhD in Organic Chemistry at Université Paris-Sud, where they focused on the synthesis and study of physical properties of peptidomimetics. Marius also has experience as a Research Associate and Research Assistant Intern at Université Joseph Fourier (Grenoble I).

Marius Mamone began their education in 2007 at the Université Joseph Fourier (Grenoble I), where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry - Biology in 2010. Marius then pursued further education and completed their Master's Degree in Organic Chemistry at the same university from 2010 to 2012. Continuing their academic journey, Marius attended Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) from 2012 to 2015, where they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organic and Medicinal Chemistry.
