Jiby Mathew

Jiby Mathew is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at Brilliant Study Centre Pala since June 2022, Jiby previously held managerial roles at Muthoot Capital Services Ltd and Dentcare Dental Lab, where notable achievements included the recruitment of 500 employees in six months and the implementation of a comprehensive HRMS and Payroll system. Jiby has a strong background in policy drafting, employee grading, and has successfully revamped recruitment strategies in earlier positions. Jiby’s career began in nursing, but a transition into HR led to diverse roles at organizations such as Kairali Ayurvedic Group, PRISM JOHNSON LIMITED, and Wockhardt Hospitals. Jiby holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management and a BBA from Sikkim Manipal University, along with a diploma in nursing.
