Barry Masek

Barry Masek is an experienced professional with a diverse background in financial leadership and board governance. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for H&H Industries and Brilliant® since 2024, Masek also holds significant roles as a Board Member and Co-Chair for the Alzheimer's Association Illinois Chapter, demonstrating a commitment to community service. With a 17-year tenure on the Board of Directors for Clearbrook, Masek retired after substantial contributions. Masek's previous positions include Partner Emeritus at Baker Tilly US, where a distinguished 40+ year career culminated in leadership roles across various service lines. Additional experience includes significant advisory roles with educational and healthcare institutions, as well as executive leadership in the corporate sector. Masek earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
