David Firshein

David Firshein is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Brillouin Energy Corp. since November 2011, David has been integral to the company's focus on climate change solutions and energy security since its early stages. As President and CEO of Cascade Capital Corporation, which specializes in investment banking and venture capital consulting, David has provided corporate finance services and advisory support. Previous roles include Principal at Lionheart Capital International, CFO at Red Mile Entertainment, VP of Syndication at Ally Capital Corp., and Vice President at ATEL Capital Group. David holds a B.A. in Russian, Math, and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and attended Carleton College.
