Andrew Coté has a long history of work experience. Andrew began their career in 2011 as an Officer Candidate with the United States Marine Corps. In 2012, they served as a Shift Supervisor for Hollingsworth Logistics. In 2013, they were promoted to Second Lieutenant with the United States Marine Corps. In 2014, they became the Presidential Support Program Platoon Commander at Marine Barracks Washington DC. In 2016, they were hand selected as a White House Social Aide to the President of the United States. In 2018, they were appointed as the Marine Security Force Commander for the White House Communications Agency. In 2019, they began working for the United States Department of Defense, serving as Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Combating Terrorism, Chief of Staff to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Ops and Low Intensity Conflict, Chief of Staff to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and CT, and Acting Principal Director for ODASD Special Operations and Combating Terrorism. In 2021, they began working for BRINC as Chief Of Staff and Director - Federal and Defense, Atlantic Council as a GeoTech Action Council Member, and National Defense Industrial Association - (NDIA) as a Board Member - Special Operations and Low Intensity Conflict Division.

Andrew Coté attended Brother Rice High School from 2004 to 2008 and subsequently graduated from The Johns Hopkins University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies.
