Bernice Alora

Bernice Alora began their career in 2019 at Barn2Door, Inc. as a Market Research Intern. In this role, they recruited and trained fellow Market Research Interns, generated leads through thorough lead list building, composed and set up marketing emails on HubSpot, designed and set up Facebook ads, and presented performance results to the Executives. In 2021, they were promoted to Market Research Manager, where they managed the Market Research Team and the Market Research Internship Program, trained Market Research Interns, and assisted in new employee orientations by giving an overview of the Market Research Team. Additionally, they reviewed Market Research Intern applications, scheduled and directed first interviews, and referred top candidates to the company's CEO, COO and Marketing Leads for second interviews. In 2022, Bernice Alora moved to BRINC, where they currently serve as a Human Resources Generalist and Recruiting/HR Coordinator.

Bernice Alora graduated from the University of Washington in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and a Minor in Global Health. Bernice also holds a Certified Nursing Assistant certification from the Department of Health.
