Aiman Mirzakhmetova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the startup and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Startup Mentor at HyperNest and Brinc, Aiman is dedicated to supporting early-stage blockchain startups and empowering entrepreneurs. As the Founder and CEO of INKA Finance, Aiman led the development of a technological product with traction in 20 countries. Past roles include Chief Operating Officer and Transformation Officer at Europharma, where Aiman contributed to a 6% sales revenue increase, and CEO at Sweet City LLP, achieving significant operational efficiencies and cash flow management. Aiman also held key positions at Bayan Sulu JSC, enhancing sales and marketing strategies, and began a career in finance as Chief Financial Officer at KazFoodProducts. Aiman is currently pursuing Global Executive MBA degrees from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
