Eng Tat Khoo is currently serving as the Assistant Dean for Research & Technology at the NUS College of Design & Engineering, overseeing research translation and innovation initiatives. Recognized as an Associate Professor in both the Electrical and Computer Engineering department and the Institute of Operations Research and Analytics at the National University of Singapore, Eng Tat Khoo supervises graduate students and leads significant research projects related to AI and VR/AR competencies in partnership with Singapore Airlines. Eng Tat Khoo has also held various roles, including Area Director at the Engineering Design & Innovation Centre, and received numerous teaching excellence awards. Additional engagements include advising at Republic Polytechnic and participation in organizations such as the Holomedicine Association and IMDA as a mentor. Educational achievements include a PhD from the National University of Singapore and executive training from MIT Sloan and Harvard Business School Online. Previous entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding Aviation Virtual Pte Ltd, where Eng Tat Khoo developed advanced VR solutions for aviation training.
