Jens Christian Jensen

Jens Chr. has more than 15 years of experience as Headhunter, is a founding partner and works with recruitment for some of the largest Danish companies. Prior to the establishment of Brinch & Partners in 2008, Jens Christian has several years of experience as a senior consultant from another major Nordic Search and Selection company. For more than 15 years, he has worked as a recruitment partner in a wide range of different industries, and recruited managers and specialists for both large international groups and small companies, always based on the customer's strategy. Previously, he served in the Royal Life Guards as an officer with responsibility for selection, training, planning and management of units in Denmark as well as on international broadcasts, a role that provided a solid analytical foundation, strong project manager skills and a unique insight into dealing with people.
