Prior to the establishment of Brinch & Partners, Martin Sørensen has built up 3 years of experience from another major Search & Selection company. Prior to this, he was employed for a good 7 years at Columbus IT Partner, among other things. in roles as Business Development Executive, Corporate HR Manager and Director / Board Member in several subsidiaries. Prior to that, he was employed by Synoptik for 7 years, where the areas of responsibility included operation, concept development and internationalization.
