Ole Bæk

Through a long career at Vestas Wind Systems, Ole has had management responsibilities in line as well as in staff functions. Later, Ole has been responsible for strategy and business development in one of the largest energy groups in Denmark, and he has for the last 3 years worked in a large international search & selection company.

Through his work, Ole has gained extensive experience and insight into the professional and personal competencies needed to develop organizations, teams and business areas.
