Catalina Ciubotaru is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background spanning over 20 years in HR management and coordination across various industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at BRINEL since September 2022, Catalina has previously held similar roles at ACI CLUJ SA and Banca Transilvania, where significant contributions included strategic HR alignment, recruitment, training, and development initiatives. In earlier positions at Recognos, Brinel, and several telecommunications and pharmaceutical companies, Catalina successfully implemented recruitment systems, appraisal processes, and employee development programs, while also collaborating with local universities to foster talent through internships. Catalina holds a licentiate degree in Psychology, a master’s degree in Human Resources, and a degree in Economics Science from Babes-Bolyai University.
