Mihaela's expertise encompasses business development, strategy formulation, talent management, and operational health across multiple projects and client engagement practices. Earlier experience includes roles at IBM, where project management and transition processes were key responsibilities, and positions at VIVEO and Navigon as a software developer. Mihaela holds multiple degrees in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Accounting from Babes-Bolyai University.
