David Duke

David Duke has over 15 years of experience in customer service and product development across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Bring a Trailer Media LLC since July 2018, David has held multiple roles including Customer Experience Manager, Customer Experience Specialist, and Auction Specialist. Prior to this, David was a Customer Service Manager at Trelleborg Industrial and Construction Tires from April 2017 to July 2018. With a solid background at ASC Industries, Inc. from July 2006 to April 2017, David progressed through roles such as Manager of Customer Service & Product Information, Customer Service Manager, and Technical Services Specialist. David began a career in technical writing as an Information Developer Intern at Exstream Software in 2005. David holds a Master's degree in History from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor's degree in History from John Carroll University.
