Kendall Baldwin

Kendall Baldwin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment, community partnerships, and education. Currently serving as an Executive Recruiter at Ruckus since April 2022, Kendall manages full-cycle recruitment for clients in the tech and consumer goods startup sectors. Prior experience includes a role as Community Partnerships Manager at The Vendry, where Kendall contributed to user acquisition and product development for a startup focused on corporate event planning. Additionally, Kendall supported over 120 chapters at HOPE worldwide as Manager of US Chapter Relations, enhancing volunteer engagement and compliance. Earlier career roles include teaching early childhood education at Christopher House and working as a Brand Ambassador for Teach For America. Kendall holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Harvard University and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the Erikson Institute.
