Tom Oosterman

Tom Oosterman is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources and Organisation Developer at Brink Climate Systems. Prior to this, Tom held the position of Sales Manager at Holmak HeatX and worked as a Barkeeper at Finnegan's Irish Pub & Restaurant. Tom holds a Master's Degree in Beleid, Communicatie & Organisaties (Advies & Verandering) from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Bachelor's Degrees in Sociology and Governance & Organizational science from Utrecht University. Additionally, Tom completed pre-university education in Economics & Society at ROC Aventus Apeldoorn/Deventer and Veluws College Walterbosch.
