Clark Davis

Clark Davis is an experienced professional in investor and government relations, currently serving as the Director of Investor and Government Relations at Brinker International since March 2016. In this role, Clark manages relationships with investors, industry analysts, and government entities while leading efforts to develop the company's ESG program, focusing on metrics related to GHG emissions, water usage, and landfill diversion. Prior to this position, Clark held roles as Senior Manager and Manager of Government Relations, where responsibilities included managing government relations on key issues such as tax, labor, and immigration. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant for State Projects in the United States Senate, where lobbying for federal assistance and promoting economic development were primary responsibilities. Clark holds an MBA in Corporate Finance & Strategy from SMU Cox School of Business and a degree in Political Science and Spanish from Washington and Lee University.
