Jane Weber is an accomplished Talent Selection Manager at Brinker International, with over two decades of extensive experience in recruitment and human resources across various notable companies. Since April 2013, Jane has successfully managed full-cycle recruiting for corporate and restaurant management positions, providing coaching and support to regional teams. Previous roles include serving as a Human Resources Field Representative/Recruiter for Benihana Restaurants and a Divisional Recruiter at Aaron’s Sales and Lease, where efforts resulted in a significant increase in staffing. With early career roles at McDonald's Corporation and YUM Brands, Jane has developed a strong background in managing recruitment processes for large-scale restaurant operations and implementing effective hiring strategies.
