Mike Stone

Mike Stone has over four decades of experience in construction and facilities management within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Construction / Facilities at Brinker International since November 2000, Mike has held various roles including Director of Construction for Chili's and Sr. Construction Manager for both On the Border and Chili's. Previously, Mike worked at Metromedia Restaurant Group from 1990 to 2000, progressing from Construction Manager to Director of Construction. Mike's career began at S and A Restaurant Corp., where roles included Facilities Manager, Remodel Manager, and Designer. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture obtained from The University of Texas at Arlington between 1977 and 1980.
