Jonathan Schiller

Jonathan Schiller is a Partner at Brinkley Morgan, where Jonathan has worked since January 2009, and is a Board certified marital and family law attorney as well as a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Specializing in complex, high-net-worth divorces, domestic violence, and step-parent adoption, Jonathan has extensive experience in family law matters. Prior to this role, Jonathan served as an Attorney at Brinkley, Morgan, Solomon from April 2006 to January 2008, and at Bunnell Woulfe from 2002 to 2006, focusing on dissolution of marriage, alimony, child custody, equitable distribution, and adoption. Jonathan’s legal career began as an Assistant Attorney General with the Florida Office of the Attorney General, where responsibilities included representing the Department of Children and Families in dependency matters. Jonathan holds a JD from DePaul University College of Law and a BBA from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
