Stephan Verboom

Stephan Verboom has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Stephan began their career in 2007 at Heineken, where they held roles such as Productie Manager, Manager Customer Service Export, and Logistiek Project Manager. In 2012, they started their own company, StephanVerboom Operations Interim Management, where they served as a Zelfstandig Operations Interim Manager until 2018.

During this time, Verboom also worked at FrieslandCampina as an Interim Masterdata Manager, at Van Uden Logistics as an Interim Projectleider, and at Red Bull as an Interim Supply Chain Manager. In 2014, they briefly served as a Plant Manager a.i. at the H.J. Heinz Company, and in 2015, they joined Refresco Benelux as a Plantmanager and later as a Productie Manager a.i.

Verboom also had experiences in Zijerveld (Friesland Campina) as an Interim Supply Chain Director and Interim Warehouse Manager. From 2018, they became a Partner at ARV Group, where they held various roles including Partner and Associate. Currently, they are serving as the Operations Director a.i. at Brink's Solutions Nederland.

Stephan Verboom completed their education with a Master's degree in Business Science from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2001. Stephan also obtained a certification in Structural process improvement as a Certified Process Kaizen Engineer from TPM Training in 2011. In 2014, they obtained the Certified Supply Chain Manager (CSCM) designation from APICS.
