Ben Ziwa is an experienced leader in customer experience and project management, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at Brink’s Inc since July 2021. Prior to this role, Ben held various positions at Mimeo, including Vice President of US Customer Success Service and Director of Customer Implementation, where responsibilities included enhancing customer satisfaction and delivering innovative solutions. Ben's previous experience includes roles at CDS, RR Donnelly, Consolidated Graphics, and other organizations, focusing on customer service integration, project management, and global operations. Ben holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics and Applied Economics, a Master’s degree in Human Sciences and Global Collaboration, and has completed a Project Management course, as well as being a PhD candidate in Development Studies at Osaka University.
