Ricardo Sanchez-Cortes

Ricardo Sanchez-Cortes has a strong background in IT vendor management. Ricardo started their career in 1999 at Galileo International as a Field Services - Vendor Manager for Latin America. From there, they took on various roles within the company including Operation Senior Manager and Field Services - Vendor Manager for Canada & Latin America. In 2005, Ricardo moved to NCR Corporation as an Account Support Manager / Field Service - Vendor Manager. Ricardo ultimately joined The Brink's Company in 2011 as the Director - Global IT Vendor Management, where they focused on risk mitigation and compliance with security standards. Ricardo successfully established policies and procedures for vendor relations and implemented a continuous vendor performance evaluation process. Ricardo also performed IT procurement functions and executed security audits on significant vendors.

Ricardo Sanchez-Cortes holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Ricardo has also obtained a certification in ITIL V.3.
