Daniel Gutin

Daniel Gutin joined Brinley in 2022 and serves as the firm’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining the firm, Daniel was a Managing Director and Associate General Counsel at Oak Hill Advisors, L.P., a credit-focused investment manager. Prior to that role, Daniel was an associate in the private funds groups at Simpson Thacher & Barlett LLP and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.

Daniel holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
