Kristen Blandon

Kristen Blandon is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in the beauty and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as President at Briogeo Hair Care since April 2024, Kristen previously held the role of Global General Manager for Fenty Beauty & Fenty Fragrance at LVMH, where responsibilities included global brand strategy and P&L management. Kristen's tenure at L'Oréal spanned a decade, during which Kristen progressed through various leadership positions, such as Vice President of Carol’s Daughter and Softsheen-Carson, and contributed to significant growth in market share across multiple categories. Early career experience includes roles at Johnson & Johnson, American Express, and Procter & Gamble. Kristen earned an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Emory University and a Mastering Business Excellence Certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management, along with a BA in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
