Alessandro Paparelli

Alessandro Paparelli is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple prestigious companies. Currently serving as a member of the Technical Group for Labor, Industrial Relations, and Welfare at Confindustria and as Chief People Officer at Brioni, Alessandro also holds the position of President of Sistema Moda for Confindustria Abruzzo Medio Adriatico. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources for Kering, where responsibilities encompassed the Asia Pacific region, and Regional Executive Director of Human Resources & Organization for Salvatore Ferragamo.
