Cynthia Varela is the Founder of Briotech, Inc., a global biotechnology company that leads the way in breakthrough production of the world’s first biologically authentic, pure, and stable hypochlorous acid (HOCl) formulations. Cynthia serves as the Executive Vice President of Briotech, Inc. and holds a seat as a member of the Board of Directors. She also serves in guiding the company culture of Briotech to ensure the success of both customers and employees. Prior to the creation of Briotech, she worked for 27 years as an owner and Vice President of Dan Terry & Associates, Inc., a well-established and trusted supplier of fully fabricated precision components and assemblies to OEMs globally. Cynthia brings a keen sense of business experience in all aspects of administrative and management operations that spans over 39 years and includes the start-up and running multiple of her own companies. As an adept, fast-paced entrepreneur, she has an eye for strategic control of use of resources in ever-demanding environments, and her wide range of responsibilities includes everything from accounting to finance, human resources, marketing, sales, and customer service. Recognizing the necessity for fluency in business operations, she strives to design and drive company culture. Cynthia holds a deep, altruistic global vision for Briotech that she brings to fruition as the Executive Director of BrioEarth, the humanitarian division of Briotech. BrioEarth is dedicated to raising joy by providing Briotech HOCl formulations, and other donation means, to vulnerable and impoverished populations of the world, focusing mainly on underserved children, at-risk women, communities suffering from racial and economic inequity, and individuals who are vulnerable to infectious disease.
