Teresa Wagner Rn

Teresa Wagner, RN, has extensive experience in nursing, currently serving as an Infusion Nurse Specialist at AxelaCare Health Solutions since October 2014 and as a Registered Nurse/Care Transition Coordinator at Amedisys since November 2012. Teresa has a strong background in patient management and transitional care, having previously worked as an RN Infusion Nurse Manager at IntraFUSION, where operations at an outpatient infusion center were effectively managed. In earlier roles, Teresa contributed to the development of Walgreens Home Infusion Division and provided critical care in both pediatric and adult settings at Texas Children's Hospital and Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, respectively. Teresa holds a BSN from Texas Christian University and an ADN from Tarrant County College.
