Tugba Gok

Tugba Gok started their work experience at The Adecco Group in 2005 as a Recruiter. Tugba then moved on to TUPRAS in 2007, where they worked as an HR Generalist. In 2009, they joined Enerjisa, initially as an HR Specialist in a Distribution Company, and subsequently held various roles such as OD & Reward Team Leader, Head of HR & Admin Affairs (Retail Sales Company), and Senior HR Manager in Talent Management. In 2018, they joined Sabanci Holding as a Human Resources Director. Currently, Tugba Gok is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Brisa Bridgestone Sabanci, starting in 2022.

Tugba GOK has a diverse education history. In 2020, they started pursuing their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Yönetim Bilimleri - Action Research at Sabanci University, which they will complete in 2025. In 2016, Tugba attended the Gestalt Center for Coaching where they participated in the Gestalt Coaching Program, an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program. During their time from 2007 to 2009, they studied at the Middle East Technical University, earning a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Development. Tugba's passion for music led their to study Classical Guitar at the Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory from 2002 to 2007. Lastly, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration at Gazi University between 2000 and 2005.
