Felicity Rice

Felicity Rice has extensive experience in commercial property management and retail operations, currently serving as Commercial Manager - Retail at Brisbane Airport Corporation since September 2018, following roles as Lease Administration Manager and Leasing Administrator. Prior roles include Commercial Property Manager at Raine & Horne Group and other commercial management positions at Wilson HTM and First Commercial Realty Pty Ltd, along with experience at FAL Property Group. Felicity holds a Graduate Certificate of Property from Deakin University, completed in 2022, and has pursued advanced studies in retail management through the Property Council of Australia in 2019, as well as achieving RG 146 Tier 1 in Financial Services from Deakin University in 2015. Education was completed at Boonah State High School from 2002 to 2006.
