Ken Hughes

Ken Hughes has extensive experience in facilities and project management, currently serving as Major Projects Interface Manager at Brisbane Airport Corporation since April 2005. Ken has held several roles within the company, including Airport Facilities Manager and Buildings Facilities Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing the efficient management of International and Domestic Terminal buildings and managing a substantial budget for maintenance and services. Prior to this, Ken worked at Woolworths Ltd. in various capacities, such as Regional Maintenance Coordinator and Planned Services Manager, achieving significant cost reductions and enhancements in facility standards. Ken's earlier career included management roles at Brismark and Air and Gas Industries, contributing to the design and implementation of quality assurance systems and managing service teams. Ken holds a Bachelor of Business Management and an Associate Diploma of Mechanical Engineering from Queensland University of Technology.
