Jessica Ralph

Jessica Ralph has over 15 years of experience in event management and venue operations. Currently serving as the Box Office and Ticketing Manager at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre since March 2018, Jessica previously held the role of Venue Operations Manager at La Boite Theatre Company. Jessica founded Wearetheindustry, a music promotions and artist management company, and has extensive freelance event experience with major festivals including Big Day Out and Soundwave. Additional skills include ticketing, recruitment, bar management, and public liaison. Jessica holds several certifications, including RMLV and a First Aid license, and has a robust background in administration and human resources from roles at Dick Smith Electronics. Educational background includes attendance at Rivermount College from 1996 to 2000.
