Jane Hailes

Ms Jane Hailes joined Girls Grammar as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary to the Board of Trustees in March 2023. A BGGS alumna, Jane has more than 20 years’ experience in financial and professional services, including roles with Macquarie, KPMG and Allianz. A Chartered Accountant with degrees in Commerce and Business Management, Jane possesses strong industry knowledge across auditing, consulting, budgeting, reporting and controls.

Ms Hailes is also a member of Queensland Futures Institute’s Economics Council, which contributes to the public policy debate on Queensland’s economy and finances.

She is responsible for the strong financial performance of the School, in addition to overseeing the School’s Information Technology, and Property and Facilities functions.
